I had surgery on 09/11/2012 to have a cyst removed near my tailbone. Needless to say I’m not doing much for lower body. I will be doing some basic GPP (bodyweight movements, sled work) for my lower body until November. My current goals are to gain mass and bench 300. Once I’m back to doing legs I will focus almost solely on squat because of how much lower it is than my deadlift.
Today’s workout looked like this:
Floor Press: 255×5
Dips: 2x Max: 17, 21
Inverted Row: 4×10 – 135, 185×5
Defranco Band Pull-apart- 3×15
DB Bi’s/Tris – 3×12
Standing Abs- 3×30
Come gain strength, speed and explosive power while reducing injury risk. It will be 2x/week, all season (5 months), beginning the week of October 8. Times will be either directly before or after practices. A calendar will be sent out following your sign up.
Training will take place in our sports warehouse located at 906 W Baraga Ave. Cost will be $25/month per player. (5 month commitment: $125 for entire season
